The Village Commerce Park in Fletcher, NC is building a new food truck hub and commissary kitchen that we call The Village Food Truck Park. Let us know if you have an interest in joining this new food truck community hub in Fletcher and we’ll hold a space for you!
The commissary kitchen, just for food trucks, includes prep tables, large storage area, refrigeration, 3 compartment sink, easy access outside dumping station and city water. Secure indoor and outdoor overnight parking with power hook-ups is also available.

Located in a busy commercial and industrial corridor on Old Airport Road in Fletcher, NC., The Village Food Truck Park offers mobile food units a convenient home base with a commissary kitchen, secure overnight parking, easy power and water hook ups, and a convenient grey water dumping station. Plus you’ll have access to a big lunch crowd right on site, with hundreds of workers along a busy industrial and commercial road that includes workers at large factories and businesses nearby. The area is currently a food desert with no fast food restaurants to service the lunch crowd, which is why we’re investing in this new food hub in the first place.
Services and Costs:
Basic Service
The Village Food Truck Park offers food trucks compliance with Buncombe and Henderson County Health Department Mobile Food Unit regulations at a basic service rate of $175 per month. The basic service is for trucks that only need access to potable city water, a convenient dump for grey water dumping. Recycling, grease trap, and trash service is included. Food prep would be done on your truck or at another approved kitchen facility.
Indoor Truck and Trailer Parking in your own private, secure garage bay (15' x 22') is $600 per month and includes 20 hours of commissary kitchen time (cold prep only). Includes 110 20 amp power hook up and private storage space. Six month lease minimum.
Outside Truck and Trailer Parking, including 20 hours of commissary kitchen time is $350 per month. Six month lease minimum.
Refrigeration and secure dry goods storage are available for an additional fee depending on space required.
On Site Lunch Service: Food trucks with an indoor parking lease have first priority reservation for any two weekdays, followed by outside parking lease holders, and then basic service members. Reservations can be made the week prior via a google calendar. Three spaces are available for lunch service with 50 amp power service.
Cost is $20 per shift. Non-member / non-lease holder cost is $30 per shift.
